Mashed Sweet Potatoes with Syrup

What You'll Need
- 2-1/4 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. Aunt Jemima® Syrup
- 1/2 tsp. ground cardamom*
What You'll Do
| 1 | Add sweet potatoes to a large pot of boiling water. |
| 2 | Cook over medium heat approx. 10-15 minutes or until sweet potatoes are tender; drain well. |
| 3 | In mixer bowl, add sweet potatoes; mix on medium speed 1 minute or until fluffy. |
| 4 | Add butter, syrup and cardamom. Mix until well combined. Serve warm. |
