- 2 c. Aunt Jemima Original Pancake Mix
- 1-2/3 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
What You'll Do
| 1 | In a large bowl, stir together pancake mix, cinnamon, ginger and cloves. Add milk, eggs, canola oil and molasses and whisk into dry ingredients just until moistened. |
| 2 | Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a greased, hot griddle. Turn when bubbles form on top. Cook until second side is golden brown. |
| 3 | Pile 'em high on a platter, because these things will disappear in a hurry! |
| 4 | Drizzle with Aunt Jemima Original Syrup, add a dollop of whipped cream and then sprinkle with desired toppings. |
