- Aunt Jemima Original Syrup
- 2 cups Aunt Jemima Buttermilk Complete Mix
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- Butter, for greasing the skillet and serving
What You'll Do
| 1 | Heat 1/4 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium heat. |
| 2 | Mix 2 cups Aunt Jemima Buttermilk Pancake Mix with 1-1/2 cups water. Add oatmeal and chocolate chips. |
| 3 | Spoon 3 heaping tablespoons of the batter onto the skillet; cook until bubbly (about 1 minute), then flip once. Cook another 30 to 60 seconds or until underside is browned. Transfer to a serving plate. |
| 4 | Repeat with remaining batter. |
| 5 | Butter the pancakes and drizzle with Aunt Jemima Original Syrup before serving. |
