  • 2 cups water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon red food coloring

What You'll Do

1 Mix all ingredients with a whisk until smooth.
2 Grease a frying pan on medium heat.
3 Pour enough batter to THINLY cover the bottom of the pan, swirling the pan to spread it out evenly. When one side is cooked, use a spatula (or your amazing flipping skills) to flip the crepe to the other side to finish cooking.
4 Serve warm!

    Cooking Tips & Variations

    • If crepes tear when flipped, cook a few seconds longer on first side before turning.
    • Make this recipe with Aunt Jemima's Buttermilk Pancake Mix instead! Mix together 1 cup Aunt Jemima's Buttermilk Pancake Mix, 2 eggs, 1 cup milk, 2 tbsp melted butter, 1 teaspoon cocoa powder, and 1 tablespoon red food coloring with a whisk until smooth. Then perform steps #2, #3 and #4 above.
