Mashed Sweet Potatoes with Syrup

What You'll Do

1 Add sweet potatoes to a large pot of boiling water.
2 Cook over medium heat approx. 10-15 minutes or until sweet potatoes are tender; drain well.
3 In mixer bowl, add sweet potatoes; mix on medium speed 1 minute or until fluffy.
4 Add butter, syrup and cardamom. Mix until well combined. Serve warm.
