What You'll Need

  • 2 c. Aunt Jemima Original Pancake Mix
  • 1-2/3 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. canola oil
  • 2 Tbsp. molasses
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cloves

What You'll Do

1 In a large bowl, stir together pancake mix, cinnamon, ginger and cloves. Add milk, eggs, canola oil and molasses and whisk into dry ingredients just until moistened.
2 Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a greased, hot griddle. Turn when bubbles form on top. Cook until second side is golden brown.
3 Pile 'em high on a platter, because these things will disappear in a hurry!
4 Drizzle with Aunt Jemima Original Syrup, add a dollop of whipped cream and then sprinkle with desired toppings.

    Secrets to Perfect Pancakes
    Turn the pancakes when they begin to bubble and the bottoms are golden brown. Turn only once.
    You can add stir-ins such as blueberries, chopped apples, bananas, nuts and mini-chocolate chips. Add up to 1/4 cup of stir-ins for each cup of mix.
