  • 2 cups Aunt Jemima Buttermilk Complete Mix
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • Butter, for greasing the skillet and serving

What You'll Do

1 Heat 1/4 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium heat.
2 Mix 2 cups Aunt Jemima Buttermilk Pancake Mix with 1-1/2 cups water. Add oatmeal and chocolate chips.
3 Spoon 3 heaping tablespoons of the batter onto the skillet; cook until bubbly (about 1 minute), then flip once. Cook another 30 to 60 seconds or until underside is browned. Transfer to a serving plate.
4 Repeat with remaining batter.
5 Butter the pancakes and drizzle with Aunt Jemima Original Syrup before serving.
