What You'll Need
- 1 1/2 Cup Mix
- 2 Cups Water
- 2 Eggs
What You'll Do
|1||Combine all ingredients and whisk until batter is thin and smooth.|
TIP: Half the recipe for a smaller batch (5-7 crepes).
|2||Heat 8” or 9” flat bottom non-stick skillet over medium heat and grease lightly.|
TIP: Ensure pan is heated fully before adding batter or crepe will not brown.
|3||Pour 1/4 cup batter onto the skillet and immediately tilt skillet in a circular motion to coat evenly.|
|4||Cook until top looks dry and edges brown or begin to curl; carefully flip and cook until done.|
|5||Repeat with remaining batter, re-greasing if pan becomes dry.|
|6||Top with filling, fold edges or roll and enjoy!|
