  • cup Aunt Jemima┬« mix
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • egg
  • tablespoons oil
  1. Heat waffle iron.

  2. Combine 1 cup Aunt Jemima mix, 3/4 cup milk,1 egg, and 2 tablespoons oil; stir until lumps disappear.

  3. For best results, allow batter to rest 4-5 minutes before baking.

  4. Pour desired amount of batter into lightly greased waffle iron. Bake until steaming stops.
